In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bf77" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service accessible at bf77.lat and all associated mobile web interfaces.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has completed the bf77 account registration process and whose account has been approved.
• "Account" refers to the personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon successful registration, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a Member's bf77 Account, representing funds deposited and available for wagering.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, sports betting markets, live dealer offerings, bingo rooms, e-sabong, and ancillary functions available through the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward awarded by bf77 to a Member subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of all Members prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that regulates gambling activities in the Philippines.

By creating an Account on bf77, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an Account and must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of bf77 following any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register as a Member and use the Services provided by bf77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, which is the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close relative of any employee or director of bf77 or any of its affiliated entities, providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling.
• You must be a genuine individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

bf77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account and the forfeiture of any associated balance.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on bf77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

At the time of registration and thereafter, Members must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information including their legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functional email address. bf77 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Members must complete identity verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport — together with a live selfie for biometric confirmation. bf77 may require additional documentation at its discretion.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify bf77's customer support team via live chat. bf77 will take appropriate steps to investigate and, where necessary, suspend the Account pending resolution. bf77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a Member's failure to maintain credential security.

bf77 will never request your full password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bf77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank InstaPay, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Payment method availability is subject to change and may vary at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Member's own name.

6.2 Currency

All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on bf77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers are stated in the Payments section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

bf77 does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards issued in the Platform's restricted jurisdictions, or payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Deposits originating from sources that cannot be verified may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Member's own verified name. bf77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment methods that do not match the Member's registered identity.

7.2 Processing Times

Under normal operating conditions, GCash and Maya withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the Member's account dashboard. bf77 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits consistent with its anti-money laundering obligations and regulatory requirements.

7.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonus awards are subject to wagering requirements that must be fully satisfied before the corresponding balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions at the time of award. Failure to complete wagering requirements results in the bonus balance being forfeited upon withdrawal request.

bf77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated in the relevant promotion page or communication. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are awarded at bf77's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time with or without notice.
• Each Member is entitled to claim a promotional bonus only once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet before withdrawal eligibility is established. The contribution rate of each game category toward wagering requirements is stated in the promotion terms (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute a lower percentage).
• bf77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has attempted to circumvent bonus terms, used unfair strategies, or engaged in bonus abuse.
• VIP cashback credits are subject to the terms of the loyalty program applicable at the time of award. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the applicable period and is credited automatically every Monday.

9.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bf77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sports market, or event as published on the Platform. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules applicable to each product before placing a Wager. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

9.2 RNG Certification

All computer-generated (RNG) casino games available on bf77 use random number generators that have been independently audited and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game is published in the game's information section.

9.3 Void Bets

bf77 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where: there is evidence of technical error affecting game outcomes; a bet was placed by a person in violation of eligibility requirements; or the bet was placed in bad faith or through exploitation of an error in odds or game mechanics. Void bets result in the full stake being returned to the Member's Wallet.

9.4 Dispute Resolution for Bets

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Member must contact bf77's support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event or game result. bf77's decision on any disputed bet, made following review of available records, is final and binding. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the Member's satisfaction, it may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf77 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or money laundering.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act, or any PAGCOR regulation.

All content on the bf77 Platform — including but not limited to the site design, logos, graphics, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of bf77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or exploit any content from the bf77 Platform for any purpose without prior written consent from bf77 or the applicable licensor. Game content is provided under license from game developers and studios and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

bf77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling harm among all Members. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are maintained as a core part of the Platform's operations:

• Age Verification: All Members must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is enforced through mandatory KYC documentation review.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour waiting period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may activate temporary cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which account access and betting activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed once processed. Members subject to permanent self-exclusion will not receive marketing communications and will be refused any attempt to re-register.
• Reality Checks: Session duration notifications are available in account settings to alert Members of time spent on the Platform.

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions not caused by bf77's willful misconduct.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or payout data resulting from a technical error, subject to bf77's right to void affected bets.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information available on the Platform that has subsequently been corrected or updated.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Members acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of any Wager. bf77 does not guarantee winnings and makes no representations regarding the probability of any particular outcome.

14.1 Termination by Member

Members may close their Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to bf77's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and AML verification.

14.2 Termination by bf77

bf77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; or where continued operation of the Account poses risk to the Platform, other Members, or third parties.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for violation of these Terms, bf77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including both real-money and bonus balances. In cases of termination not arising from Member breach (e.g., regulatory closure), verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bf77 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where a player dispute cannot be resolved through bf77's internal dispute resolution process, Members may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism. Members agree to attempt good-faith resolution through bf77's support team before initiating any formal proceedings.

bf77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered email address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
